Tees Valley Business Challenge is receiving funding from the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund. RTC North are delivery partners for the project on behalf of the Tees Valley Mayor and Combined Authority and Tees Valley Business.

Reason for Support

There were several challenges, including poor organisation and visibility of stock. WIP, general untidiness and frequently running out of stock were also challenges that led to customer jobs being delayed.
