16th May 2023

RTC North, a leading business specialising in supply chain, commercialisation and innovation support is proud to celebrate the 25-year service anniversaries of three incredibly valued employees: Suzanne Tibbo, Terry McStea, and Michael Ball. The company has recognised and celebrated the significant contributions made by these employees, who have been with the company since the 90s, helping it to achieve growth and success over the past two and a half decades.

Michael Ball, fondly known by all at RTC as Mike, joined RTC North on September 15th, 1997, as a Technical Support Officer. He has been responsible for all IT-related functions for the company and has seen the company grow and expand over the years. Mike's invaluable knowledge and support have been critical to the success of RTC North, and his contributions are highly valued by the company.

"I am really grateful to be celebrating my 25th year at RTC North. It has been a real journey, I have seen the company (and it’s technology!) grow and evolve so much over the years and I feel proud to have been a part of this growth, and I am really grateful for the opportunities and challenges that have come my way during my time here” comments Mike.

Suzanne Tibbo joined RTC North in February 1998 as a receptionist, the first point of contact in company, something that Founder, Gordon Ollivere was passionate about finding the right candidate for. Suzanne excelled and quickly became an integral part of the team. Suzanne's excellent work ethic and dedication to her role saw her quickly promoted to site manager, where she managed eight vehicles, the building, travel for the company, and dealt with landlords and all other general management services. Suzanne has since held several roles within the company, including working on programs like Growth Accelerator, Designing Better Business, Supply Chain, and currently runs the Grants program as project officer and RTO fund management officer.

Reflecting on her time at the company, Suzanne said: “I am privileged to have spent the past 25 years working for RTC North. I joined the company as a receptionist, and I never could have imagined that I would have the opportunity to work on so many exciting projects and programmes over the years. My role has taken many twists and turns which I am incredibly grateful for! RTC North has been almost a second family for me, and I am grateful for the opportunities, support, and friendships that I have gained during my time here. I am excited to continue contributing to the company's success and growth in the years to come.”

Terry McStea started his career at RTC North in 1998, having previously worked for ICI in the North West of England for ten years. Terry has taken on various roles within the company and is known for his passion, flexibility, and adaptability. "I am incredibly proud to be celebrating my 25-year anniversary with RTC North. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects and taking on new challenges that have allowed me to develop my skills and make a difference. I’ve absolutely loved my time here so far, and I am grateful for the support and encouragement I have received from my colleagues. I am excited to continue contributing to RTC North's success and growth and look forward to what the future holds.” comments Terry; and it’s this can-do attitude and commitment to the company's growth over the years from Terry that has been such an asset to RTC North.

These employees have been an integral part of RTC North's growth and success over the past 25 years. The company recognises and values their dedication, commitment, and loyalty to the company, which has helped shape its culture and drive its growth. RTC North values and recognises the importance of retaining employees like Suzanne, Terry, and Michael, who have dedicated their careers to the company and contributed significantly to its success.

RTC North is excited to continue working with these employees and wishes them many more years of success and happiness at the company. The company is grateful for their service and looks forward to celebrating many future milestones with them.
