Zedcomms, a marketing company based in County Durham successfully implements changes geared towards business expansion through the support of Supply Chain North East. Paul Harper, Managing Director of Zedcomms, helps develop business in the UK and overseas, and in June 2020 he engaged with Jim Barr and John Heslop from the Supply Chain North East team.

Reason for Support

Paul had been constantly faced with an issue where he was spending too much time on nonvalue added tasks which was eating into hours that could be spent on clients and generating income, a process which would not be sustainable as he looked to expand the business.
