Programme structure

We know this approach works, but you’ll need to give it your all. The best results will come if you dig deep into your experience, share openly with your peers, are prepared to be challenged and to challenge others and have the drive to implement what you’ve learned following the course.

The programme will be delivered virtually in the mean time, with physical workshops and site visits on hold until the current situation changes.

There will be two workshops per theme, in which the first session will be an introduction to the theme and incorporate a Q&A session with a leading company. The second session will explore the theme in more detail and provide opportunities to share challengers and learn from the peer group.

Who is the programme for?

High Performance is exclusively for the senior management of businesses with between 10 and 50 employees.  Participants must have a strong drive to transform the performance of their business and be prepared to dig deep and fully participate in this short yet challenging programme. Participants must, therefore, be prepared to be pushed and constructively challenged by their peers and to push and offer constructive challenge in return – this is central to the High Performance methodology.
