About this Event
Are you worried about the skills gap of our future workforce? Do you have a Corporate Social Responsibility strategy? Would you like to do something positive to help, whilst also benefiting your organisation?
Hear from companies around the region who have done just that and find out what support is available to help your business make positive change.
We will be covering the following topics:
- Supporting your Corporate Social Responsibility targets
- How to build your brand awareness through involvement in the North East Ambition programme
- How you can access regional initiatives to support your business
- Teacher Externships and engaging with local schools
Many of us are looking to do something positive at this difficult time, and a good Corporate Social Responsibility strategy is a great place to start. It can be instrumental in developing the skills of staff and increasing morale in the organisation whilst also leaving a positive, lasting legacy.
Companies with a good CSR strategy are great at incorporating their strategy into to their Brand identity. Creating positivity around the brand of the organisation can help to raise the profile and increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
During this event we will hear how Imvelo Ltd have achieved this, through their great work with young people. With a focus on developing a future workforce that are not only equipped with relevant skills but are also inspired and local, which in turn helps to boost the North East economy.
Join us for this interactive online event where we will be hearing from Sarah Pavlou from Scaleup North East and Alan Whittaker from Supply Chain North East, to find out what current support is available to business, from grants, to consultancy, and how you can access these to help your business innovate, compete and grow.
