About this Event
The challenge for small companies following the Covid-19 crisis
Since the start of the Covid-19 lockdown , for many companies, it has presented huge business anxiety, challenges and concerns. The path to business recovery and growth will continue to be testing and companies now need to prepare plans and create conditions for better resilience, creativity and long-term sustainability.
To help with this quest, RTC North in partnership with County Durham has created a suite of ‘Business Success After Covid-19’ work programmes – all aimed at supporting County Durham based companies as they navigate their own business journeys.
Who is it for?
The programme has been created for County Durham based companies who are looking to increase their likelihood of success when bidding for new tender opportunities.
What is it?
Spread across 3 Zoom-based webinars, by the end of the programme delegates will:
Know where to find tender opportunities for their sector, understand the associated terminology and through practical examples build the foundations for future success
Have identified the key documentation required to evidence business processes and systems that will be essential to achieve the threshold criteria
Be introduced to decision makers and experts from the public procurement arena and get inside knowledge of their specific requirements
The workshops will help companies better understand the public procurement process and provide support to ensure that when the right opportunities arise they are able respond and improve their overall chances of being successful.
Through providing a knowledge of the procurement journey, working to improve your company processes and increasing your personal knowledge and awareness – this is great opportunity for the owners and leaders of small companies to prepare the foundations for future success within the field of public procurement.
