An innovative fast-food delivery business is expanding thanks to support from Innovate 2 Succeed.
Entrepreneur Kevin Jager, an experienced developer of technology enabled food delivery service development, established The Fast Food Delivery Company to provide customers based in suburban areas with a quick and easy way to order fast food online from their favourite large chain fast food restaurants. Currently, the main well-known delivery service providers only operate in the larger towns and cities concentrating on short delivery distances in urban locations.
Kevin worked alongside Nick Devitt, Innovation Specialist. Together they worked on the development and commercialisation of the business which enables people in suburban and rural areas to order their favourite fast food from the comfort of their armchair.
Operating in the North East, Scotland and more recently Northern Ireland, customers can search and browse food offerings in their area, order meals interactively and pay securely through the FastEat App.
“Our business is growing quickly, and we’re working as hard as we can to keep up with demand. The team’s goal is to make it quick and easy to find and order fast food efficiently.
We are aiming to expand our service across more regions to allow customers from across the UK and Ireland to benefit from our delivery service. Currently, we are talking to investors to accelerate the expansion
Nick Devitt added:
“We have been working with Kevin for over a year now providing support and advice on the proposition, business model, service experience, finance and growth. Sales have surpassed 6 figures and the future is potentially very bright for FastEat.”
