Funded by Innovate UK, RTC North is delivering a business support package to ambitious, high growth-potential SMEs which aims to support and sustain innovative SMEs through the current COVID-19 challenges and the resulting longer-term economic impact.

So what does ‘innovation’ mean?

Very simply it involves the creation, development, and implementation of a new product, process, or service. Or in other words, innovation involves actions many business owners are taking every single day to keep their business competitive.

RTC North’s experienced Innovation and Growth Specialists will provide innovation and advisory services of between 5 and 12 days over a 6 – 12 month period to eligible businesses, with advisors acting as a critical friend and providing practical advice.

The advice can encompass issues such as identifying and securing new clients, client retention and accessing new markets, funding and finance opportunities, removing unnecessary business costs, R&D and innovation planning, reviewing/revising and implementing business models to achieve growth, and supply chain review and development.
