It's not just traditional industries or large organisations that are choosing the apprenticeship route nowadays.

Small businesses also find it a useful way to recruit and train staff. Apprenticeships now cover more than 170 industries and 1,500 job roles from entry to degree level - so if you’ve been toying with the idea of taking on an apprentice, join our event where we will aim to demystify and illustrate the benefits.

Part-funded by the European Social Fund, North East Ambition supports small businesses to engage their future workforce and skills pipeline, supports staff development, training and retention and helps businesses promote their opportunities and create positive brand awareness.

Join us where will will address skills shortages, introduce grants and support available, help identify how to up-skill your workforce whilst also introducing your organisation to like minded businesses and support organisations in the region.
