Dav Kumar, Managing Director of Imperial Claims contacted RTC North earlier this year with a request for assistance with coaching that the team required with regards to their ambitions to grow the business and to develop it further.
We organised a one-to-one mentoring session with an external partner for Imperial Claims. Dav commented:
